- Organise contractors, negotiate price, ensure the right work is being done in the right way and up to the latest regulations and building standards

- Be in attendance for any work sign off/commissioning
- Check certification is up to date and compliant on Gas, Electrical, EPC etc.
- Check contractors accreditations, qualifications and work history
- We can hold funds in a trust account for any contracted works to pay the contractors
- Work guarantees if any fault within this period, we can contact and lease with the contractor
- Hold a record of your certification on file and update on service dates when due. Boilers will need servicing in accordance with the manufacturers guidance for any warranty claim.
- Support with putting a section 21 pack together and advise, this is a legal requirement
- Advise on materials and trade outlets for better pricing
- Ensure you have the correct Fire and C02 alarms, test and register warranties
